Product Description
The principle of end quenching test is to test the hardness values of multiple points at certain intervals along the axis direction starting from the quenched end of the end quenched specimen according to the HRC (or HV30) hardness scale. Mark the positions of each measurement result in a coordinate system with hardness values on the y-axis and distance on the x-axis, connect the points, and draw a continuous curve.
1. The measurement methods for the hardenability curve of up to 6 quenched end specimens can be automatically measured at once, including general hardenability steel and low hardenability steel;
2. The hardness tester is a digital Rockwell hardness tester with high accuracy, which can be separated from the automatic system and used independently;
3. Automatically generate customized inspection reports and draw the hardenability curve of the sample.
4. Adopting electronic electric loading, high-precision sensors, and a unique closed-loop control system.
5. The Z-axis of the workbench automatically rises and falls, and the X-axis and Y-axis directions of the sample table automatically move.
6. Press the start button, the worktable will automatically rise, the sample will automatically load and unload when it touches the pressure head, and the hardness value will be displayed automatically.
7. Touch screen interface, easy to operate, directly select the hardness scale, and the force value will automatically change in the test parameters.
8. According to the standard hardness block, automatically correct each hardness scale into three sections: high, medium, and low.
9. The test force can be automatically corrected by a standard force gauge.
10. It can save the set coordinate points for fully automatic end quenching tests, batch testing, and greatly improve efficiency.
11. Various fixtures can be customized for batch testing of different samples.
12. The data processing function is powerful, including the conversion of various hardness standards such as HR, HB, HV, setting the qualified range, automatic alarm for exceeding the limit, and the ability to input information such as tester and sample name.
13. More sample and experimental information, measurement data saved in EXCEL format on a USB drive for easy editing and processing.
