Multiple samples, mounting completed, one-click!
iHMS-6000 fully automatic hot mounting system, realizes unmanned operation, and realizes the mounting of multiple samples at the same time with one click.
Main functions:
1. Combination of two or more mounting stations
2. Each station realizes the following functions:
- After the mounted sample and mounting material are placed, the upper mold is automatically covered
- Automatic pressurization
- Automatic heating and cooling
- The upper mold is automatically removed and the sample is automatically ejected
- Automatic circulating cooling device with refrigeration function (optional)
- Built-in storage of 99 sets of mounting processes (saving parameters such as mounting materials), there is always a process that meets specific requirements.
- Efficient heating/cooling system, maximizes heat transfer and cooling, and realizes rapid circulation.
- In order to avoid the sample being deformed or crushed, the pre-pressing function is built-in, and the pre-pressing pressure, temperature and time can be set.
- Electric hydraulic system loading, high pressure and stable and reliable.
3. Automatic and quantitative addition of mounting materials
- Automatic quantitative addition of mounting materials
- The amount of addition can be set and automatically controlled
4. Sample moving component (optional)
- Automatically grab the sample before inlay and place it in the mounting mold
- Automatically grab the sample after mounting and place it in the specified position
5. External system interface
- 485 interface or RJ45 network port communicates with the external system to transmit the status and control information of the mounting machine
- Communication protocol: Modbus-rtu or -TCP
