LABTT makes a grand appearance at the China International Powder Metallurgy and Cemented Carbides Exhibition!

On March 24, 2026, the 18th China International Powder Metallurgy and Cemented Carbides Exhibition opened grandly at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. As an important benchmark in the global new materials and advanced manufacturing sector, it attracted industry experts, business representatives, and professional visitors from all over the world to witness this annual industry event.

At this exhibition, LABTT showcased its full-process equipment, covering cutting, inlaying, grinding and polishing, as well as microscopic observation and hardness testing. Its product matrix covers all key aspects of sample preparation and analysis, providing customers with a one-stop solution.

Star products make their debut, with the fully automatic grinding and polishing system attracting significant attention
At this exhibition, LABTT exhibited a full range of solutions covering metallographic sample preparation, hardness testing, and microscopic analysis.

The on-site technical team from LABTT was stationed throughout the entire process, providing customized solution suggestions tailored to the sample preparation challenges and testing needs of users across different industries. Their professional and detailed explanations earned high praise from the audience, and some customers reached preliminary cooperation intentions on the spot, creating a very lively atmosphere.

Among them, the iAPS-9000 fully automatic metallographic grinding and polishing system has become the core product exhibited this time. This system breaks through the dependence of traditional grinding and polishing processes on manual experience, achieving full-process automation from rough grinding to fine polishing through automatic disc changing and automated control. The system not only significantly reduces the work intensity of operators, but also achieves a qualitative leap in sample preparation consistency, repeatability, and efficiency, making it particularly suitable for the batch sample preparation needs of hard and brittle materials such as powder metallurgy and cemented carbides.

The iMM-6000AXYZ fully automatic metallurgical microscope also attracts a lot of attention. It is a fully automatic, research-grade advanced microscope, widely applicable to testing and research in fields such as materials science and electronic manufacturing. The equipment features automatic sample stage lifting, focusing, and moving platform functions; it adopts an infinity achromatic optical system, providing clear and sharp imaging. It supports multiple observation modes, including brightfield, darkfield, polarization, and differential interference, enabling it to flexibly meet the microscopic analysis needs of different materials and structures.

Empowering new materials and advanced manufacturing, LABTT continues to delve deeply
As a technology-driven enterprise in the field of metallography and hardness testing, LABTT has always been committed to providing efficient, precise, and intelligent testing equipment for material research and quality control. This exhibition not only showcases LABTT's latest achievements in metallography and hardness testing, but also further reflects its in-depth layout in emerging application fields such as powder metallurgy and cemented carbide materials.

The exhibition is still in full swing (March 24th - 26th), and we warmly welcome all friends, both old and new, to visit our booth at D133 in Hall 2.1 of LABTT!
