LABTT's automatic inlay sample preparation solution - rapid sample preparation, efficient delivery

In today's demanding industrial environment, material preparation laboratories generally face a core challenge: how to effectively enhance preparation efficiency while ensuring sample quality?
In the process of metallographic sample preparation, sample mounting is a crucial step.
Traditional embedding methods have obvious limitations: although hot embedding is relatively efficient, it is prone to damage sensitive samples such as heat-sensitive and soft materials; cold embedding, on the other hand, requires extremely high operator experience. Slight differences in the ratio of resin to curing agent, pouring speed, and bubble removal efficiency can directly lead to unstable sample quality. Additionally, manual mold cleaning and the exploration of embedding processes for different materials further increase operational time and overall costs.
Therefore, under the premise of cost control, seeking solutions that can enhance sample preparation output and work efficiency has become a common pursuit among enterprises in the industry.
The LUM-6000S automatic light-curing cold mounting machine, independently developed and produced by Naibo, serves as a new generation of automated cold mounting solution. With its stable and reliable performance, it can mount more samples in a shorter time, and has been highly recognized by a large number of users since its launch.

  Intelligent and easy to use
The LUM‑6000S is meticulously designed for high repeatability, standardized processes, and convenient operation. Equipped with an intuitive touch screen, it allows for flexible setting of a dual-wavelength light source at 365+395nm (optional combinations of 395+450nm, 365+450nm are also available). Equipped with a dedicated low-temperature mode, the inlaying process temperature is controlled within 50℃, gently protecting the sample and avoiding thermal damage.
  Efficient and Stable:

The LUM-6000S can cure 16 finished inlay blocks in about 1 minute. Technicians only need to complete sample placement, inlay material filling, and parameter setting, while the rest of the steps are automatically completed by the equipment. The reduced time investment allows technicians to focus on more challenging sample analysis and detection tasks.

Higher degree of automation

The LUM-6000S is equipped with an electrically operated sample chamber door that closes automatically and smoothly, effectively preventing liquid spillage. After the inlaying process is completed, the equipment automatically emits audible and visual alerts, and the chamber door opens and closes automatically, achieving a high degree of automation and ensuring more convenient and safer operation.
The Naibo LUM-6000S automatic light-curing cold mounting machine can produce high-quality samples with smooth surfaces and well-protected edges, requiring no additional processing.
