LABTT: From technological innovation to academic leadership, empowering material science with "intelligent unmanned metallographic inspection"

Recently, the paper titled "Design and Practice of Intelligent Unmanned Metallographic Testing Technology", co-authored by Lab Testing Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and experts including Professor Xu Jing from Shanghai University, was published in the prestigious journal "Journal of Materials Heat Treatment".

The paper centers on the unmanned metallographic sample preparation laboratory established by LABTT, systematically expounding on the design and practical achievements of intelligent unmanned metallographic testing technology, and providing a new path for the intelligence and standardization of metal material testing.

In the field of metal material testing, Mr. Zhang is not only a successful entrepreneur but also an academic explorer deeply immersed in technological frontiers. As the founder of Lab Testing Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., he holds the position of a failure analysis expert in the China Mechanical Engineering Society. He possesses over 20 patents and more than 30 software copyrights. While providing customers with high-quality metallographic and hardness products and technologies, he always maintains a high level of enthusiasm for academic research.

Interpretation of highlights of the paper:
Unmanned design throughout the entire process
The FFM-1000 intelligent fully automatic and fully process unmanned metallographic testing system developed by Naibo has connected various links from sample preparation, transmission to intelligent testing, truly achieving an automated closed-loop of "sample in, report out"

AI empowers precise judgment
The system is equipped with AI image analysis algorithms that can intelligently identify metal microstructures and automatically determine defects, greatly reducing human errors and improving the consistency and reliability of detection.

The experimental demonstration shows significant effectiveness
Taking typical materials such as 3N pure iron and low carbon steel as examples, the surface of the samples prepared by the system has no obvious deformation layer, and the evaluation results of inclusions are highly consistent with traditional manual methods. At the same time, the system supports 24-hour continuous operation, significantly improving detection efficiency.

LABTT Company and its technical team not only lead the industry in products and technology, but also set a benchmark for the intelligent transformation of metallographic testing through academic papers and scientific research achievements, which have been widely applied among numerous users.
In the future, with the further innovation of intelligent unmanned metallographic detection systems, LABTT will promote the metal material detection technology to move towards a new stage of higher efficiency, accuracy, and intelligence.
