LABTT iSPSS-1000 launches ICEFA XI, leading failure analysis into a new era of "integrated intelligence"!

Recently, the 11th International Conference on Engineering Failure Analysis (ICEFA XI) was grandly held in Shanghai. As a globally influential academic event in the field of failure analysis, this conference brings together hundreds of experts and industry leaders from nearly 50 countries to discuss the two-way integration of failure analysis theory research and engineering practice.

At this elite gathering international academic feast, Lab Testing Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., as an important supporting unit and exhibitor of the conference, launched a milestone innovative achievement - iSPSS-1000 integrated intelligent detection system for size, performance, and microstructure - on July 14th at the conference. The debut of this new product, with its disruptive concept of "one machine with multiple capabilities, in-situ analysis, and AI driven", has become the focus of attention for the audience.

New product launch: Integrating multi-dimensional detection capabilities to improve failure analysis efficiency
In practical work of failure analysis, problems such as single functionality of detection equipment, scattered data, and complex processes have long existed. The LABTT iSPSS-1000 integrates three core functions: dimensional measurement, hardness testing, and microstructure observation, and supports multi parameter comprehensive analysis in situ on workpieces.
This system is suitable for heat treated parts, welded parts, 3D printed complex components, and threaded stress parts, and is specially designed for multi parameter synchronous detection of component failure crack sources. At the same time, it can achieve detection from macroscopic geometric contours to microscopic metallographic structures, and the hardness measurement force value can accurately cover 5 grams to 200 kilograms, providing one-stop access to complete material performance data.

During the meeting, Mr. Zhang Liqiu, General Manager of LABTT, gave a special report on failure analysis and introduced the technical characteristics of iSPSS-1000 system and its practical application in failure analysis to the attending experts.

The report presents the analysis results of the system in failure cases, including crack source localization, correlation analysis between hardness gradient and tissue changes, etc., verifying the value of the system in improving the efficiency of failure diagnosis.
At the same time, it further verifies the enormous potential of the intelligent system in improving the efficiency and accuracy of failure diagnosis from the theoretical to practical levels.

The LABTT exhibition area located at booth NO.8 of the main venue attracted many domestic and foreign experts to visit and exchange ideas. Some attending representatives observed the system operation demonstration on site and gave positive feedback on its practicality and integration.
