A Revolution in Vision! LABTT Smart Hardness Tester Launches Panoramic Scanning Function
2025-11-07
Traditional hardness testing requires repeated sample movement and multi-point testing, making the process cumbersome and time-consuming. The panoramic scanning function of the LABTT i-series smart hardness tester will propel hardness testing into a new era.

From Local Observation to Panoramic Control
Simply place the sample under the LABTT smart hardness tester to directly observe the entire sample surface. With a single click to activate the panoramic scanning function, the device automatically acquires a panoramic image of the sample, clearly presenting its overall appearance and structure. This function frees testing personnel from repetitive operations, reduces human error, and standardizes and automates the measurement process.

Simultaneously, users can directly perform various measurement tasks within the generated panoramic image: clicking anywhere on the image automatically positions the lens to the corresponding area; setting multi-point hardness curves allows the system to automatically complete all measurements. This panoramic function is suitable for samples of various sizes, supporting inlay samples up to 60mm in diameter.

Intelligent Automated Operation
This smart panoramic hardness tester features a self-developed focusing algorithm, achieving fast and accurate automatic focusing. The system supports automatic force switching, intelligent brightness and contrast adjustment, and can automatically identify and measure indentations, ensuring measurement accuracy even on rough or scratched surfaces.
High-Precision Hardware Configuration
The equipment is equipped with a high-precision turret, using HV and HK indenters and multiple objective lenses. The X/Y stage has a repeatability accuracy of 1 micrometer, the Z-axis supports high-speed autofocus, and an optical cross-guide lifting mechanism and automatic anti-collision device ensure accurate and reliable measurement.

All core components, including the light source, camera, focusing and force conversion devices, are built-in, resulting in a simple appearance and highly integrated functions.
The new panoramic scanning function of the LABTT intelligent hardness tester provides laboratories with a more efficient and reliable new hardness measurement solution.
