With LABTT's fully automatic mounting machine, when placing the upper mold, no centering operation is needed. Simply rotate and press down directly, and the device automatically completes precise alignment, sliding easily into the mold cavity. This innovative design greatly simplifies operational steps, avoids excessive handling, and puts your preparation work a step ahead.
Furthermore, the simple yet effective rotating top-ejection mechanism automatically and smoothly ejects the mounted sample after completion. The operator only needs to effortlessly remove the perfect sample block – safe and labor-saving.
Dual-Station Parallel Operation for Multiplied Efficiency
To meet the needs of different users, LABTT has launched the LHM-3000X dual-station model, which can mount four samples simultaneously, meeting batch and unified preparation requirements. For users with routine needs, the LHM-3000X single-station model can also handle two samples at once, flexibly adapting to various work scenarios.
One-Button Start, Fully Automated Process
The device has 99 built-in storage spaces for mounting processes, capable of saving mature parameters for different materials and samples. Facing diverse preparation needs, there is no need for repeated debugging – there is always a preset process to meet the requirement, ensuring consistency and reliability of results.
From preheating, pre-pressing, heating, and pressure holding to cooling and demolding, the entire preparation process requires only a "one-button start." Pre-Press Function for Stable Operation
When dealing with fragile or easily deformable samples, LABTT's thoughtfully built-in pre-press function can prevent sample deformation. At the same time, users can freely set parameters such as pre-press pressure and time.
The optimized heating and cooling systems maximize heat transfer and enable rapid cooling, significantly shortening the preparation cycle for individual samples and making the experimental workflow smoother and more efficient.
