Metallographic Polishing Fabric

FT200/220/230/250

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

Materials like velvet and flocking are fine and soft on the surface, enabling the sample surface to achieve a mirror - like smoothness and improving the polishing quality.

Materials such as canvas and woolen cloth have a tight structure and strong wear resistance, can be used for a long time without being easily damaged, reducing the use cost.

Silk, being soft, can conform to various complex - shaped samples, ensuring a comprehensive and even polishing effect.

The wool - polyester material has good dirt - absorbing properties and is easy to clean, which can keep the polishing cloth clean and maintain stable polishing performance.

It is suitable for the metallographic polishing of various metals, alloys, and other materials, meeting different scientific research and industrial needs.

The polymer synthetic leather material has stable chemical properties and is not easily eroded by chemical reagents, and can maintain stable performance in complex polishing environments.

Metallographic polishing fabric - used for precision polishing of samples, suitable for various models of polishing machines at home and abroad
FT200/A/C

Polishing fabric type:
Velvet: long velvet silk material, high-precision steel material, or soft materials such as aluminum, copper, magnesium polished or finely polished
Plush: Short plush material, sturdy and durable, commonly used in steel materials, electronic industry circuit boards, and polishing of soft metals
Canvas: Non fuzzy cotton material, used for rough polishing of steel materials
Silk: without fuzz, used for polishing tissues containing graphite or inclusions
Cloth: thickened navy fabric: woolen pressed product, used for polishing steel materials
Nylon: a chemical fiber product suitable for rough polishing of steel materials

Synthetic polymer materials:
No fuzz, porous and compatible with diamond, alumina, and silica suspensions, suitable for a variety of materials
Final polishing of extremely soft materials such as titanium, copper, silver, etc
(Especially polishing performed simultaneously with mechanochemistry)

Polishing fabric diameter:
Φ 200mm (for fabrics without adhesive backing, the diameter is 240mm or 250mm)
Φ 230mm (for fabrics without adhesive backing, the diameter is 270mm)
