Addressing the pain point of frequent disk changes in traditional grinding and polishing machines, this new product offers a one-time solution! After completing grinding and polishing on the first disk, the sample holder automatically and precisely switches to the second and third disks, seamlessly carrying out subsequent steps. Meanwhile, the sample holder automatically oscillates left and right on each disk, with adjustable oscillation amplitude and speed to ensure uniform grinding and polishing, delivering ideal results for every sample.

Batch Processing, Doubled Efficiency

This new LABTT grinding and polishing machine not only supports individual loading of multiple samples but also offers an optional center-loading method. With this, six samples can be fixed at once to complete the entire grinding and polishing process, ensuring a perfectly flat surface for each sample and significantly improving the efficiency of batch preparation.
