Automatic High-Speed Precision Cutting Machine

LABTT's star product—the LC-200XP Automatic High-Speed ​​Precision Cutting Machine—integrates automatic Y-axis feed, X-axis translation, automatic R-axis rotation, and dual-blade cutting technology, creating a fully automatic, high-speed, and precise intelligent cutting device. It is widely adaptable to various materials, easily handling different sample requirements from soft to hard.

A single cutting process supports multi-segment speed adjustment, intelligently matching material characteristics to ensure optimal results for every cut. Equipped with an intelligent recognition system, it automatically retracts and resets the blade after cutting, eliminating the need for preset cutting strokes, making operation more convenient and results more reliable.

 

Automatic UV Curing Cold Mounting Press

The LUM-6000S Automatic UV Curing Cold Mounting Press exhibited this time uses a dual-wavelength combined light source (supporting multiple combinations such as 365+395, 395+450, and 365+450). The equipment is equipped with surface light sources in six directions—up, down, left, right, front, and back—and covered with a high-reflectivity film, achieving omnidirectional uniform illumination and significantly improving curing efficiency and effect. With its innovative low-temperature mode, the sample temperature remains below 50℃ throughout the entire mounting process, completely overcoming the material thermal damage caused by high temperatures in traditional hot mounting methods, providing a gentler and more reliable sample preparation guarantee.

Fully Automatic Metallographic Grinding and Polishing Machine

The LAP-1000S fully automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine supports independent loading of multiple samples and center loading of the sample tray, completing the simultaneous grinding and polishing of 6 samples (up to 8 can be customized) in one go. Each sample achieves a complete and consistent polished surface, greatly meeting the needs of high-intensity, high-volume testing tasks.

The grinding and polishing tray and sample tray have independent control systems, allowing for flexible setting of multiple parameters such as rotation speed and time. This product is equipped with an ECO infrared sensing system that automatically turns the power off or on when the user leaves or returns, effectively saving energy.
