From October 17th to 19th, 2025, the Shanghai Huamo Auto Parts Exhibition was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. At the exhibition, LABTT exhibited core equipment including metallographic cutting machines, UV-curing cold mounting machines, fully automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machines, micro Vickers hardness testers, Rockwell hardness testers, and fully automatic metallographic microscopes. Light Curing Cold Mounting Press
The LUM-6000S automatic light curing cold mounting press exhibited this time adopts a dual-wavelength combined light source system, supporting various flexible configurations such as 365+395, 395+450, and 365+450. The machine is equipped with surface light sources in six directions (top, bottom, left, right, front, and back), covered with a high-reflectivity film, achieving omnidirectional uniform illumination and significantly improving curing efficiency and sample processing results.
It innovatively introduces a low-temperature sample preparation mode, ensuring the sample temperature remains below 50℃ throughout the mounting process, providing a gentler and more reliable sample preparation guarantee for sensitive materials.

Intelligent Microhardness Tester
The THV-1MPE microhardness tester is a star product of LABTT, ensuring accurate and efficient testing with three core advantages:
High-definition imaging: A built-in 5-megapixel high-definition camera presents clear and detailed indentation images, laying the foundation for accurate measurement.
Stable and Reliable: Utilizing a unique optical cross-rail lifting system, precise focusing is achieved during lifting, maintaining image position stability and significantly improving measurement repeatability.
Intelligent and Efficient: Equipped with a brand-name computer and dedicated measurement software, users can easily complete the entire process from testing to data analysis, offering convenient and efficient operation.

Fully Automatic Metallographic Grinding and Polishing Machine
The fully automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine supports independent loading of multiple samples and center loading, capable of processing 6 samples simultaneously (8 optional), effectively meeting the needs of high-intensity, high-volume testing tasks. The equipment ensures that each sample obtains a complete and consistent polished surface, with stable and reliable processing results.
The polishing disc and sample disc employ independent control systems, allowing flexible setting of multiple parameters such as rotation speed and time. Four switchable working modes are provided to precisely adapt to different material and process requirements, bringing users an efficient, stable, and highly flexible grinding and polishing experience.
