Leading a New Revolution in Intelligent Testing | LABTT Showcases at the 2025 Physical Intelligent Testing Technology Innovation and Development Forum

Recently, the highly anticipated "2025 Physical Intelligent Testing Technology Innovation and Development Forum" was successfully held in Shanghai. The forum brought together top industry experts and leading companies to discuss the latest advancements and future trends of physical intelligent testing technology in key fields such as materials science, mechanical manufacturing, and aerospace.

As a key driver in this field, Mr. Zhang Liqiu, founder of LABTT, was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech, sharing groundbreaking achievements in intelligent metallographic and hardness testing, providing new insights for the industry's intelligent upgrade.

In his keynote speech, Mr. Zhang Liqiu deeply analyzed the core pain points in the current metallographic and hardness testing process, including high reliance on manual operation, low testing efficiency, and strong subjectivity of results. These pain points have become bottlenecks restricting companies from improving product quality, optimizing production efficiency, and achieving digital management.

To address these issues, he systematically elaborated on LABTT's innovative solutions: a new generation of intelligent metallographic and hardness unmanned testing systems. This solution deeply integrates artificial intelligence, machine vision, and automation technologies, aiming to liberate testing personnel from heavy, repetitive labor and achieve "unmanned, intelligent, and standardized" testing processes.
