Focusing on Q.C.China Shanghai 2025: LABTT's Cutting-Edge Metallographic Equipment Makes its Debut

The 29th China International Quality Control and Testing Industrial Equipment Exhibition was recently held. As an annual grand event in the industrial testing field, this exhibition brought together the world's leading testing technologies and equipment, becoming an important platform for gaining insights into industry trends and promoting technological exchange and cooperation.

LABTT, a domestic company deeply involved in metallographic and hardness testing, made a strong debut at the exhibition with a series of cutting-edge equipment covering the entire process from material preparation to microscopic observation. Its fully automated metallographic polishing system and brand-new fully automated stereomicroscope became the focus of attention.

The biggest highlight of the LABTT booth at this year's exhibition was undoubtedly the debut of the iAPS-9000 fully automated metallographic polishing system. This system features three core workstations: polishing, cleaning and drying, and automatic sample loading and unloading. The number and functions of these workstations can be customized to meet specific needs. The system is equipped with a modular disc changer, supporting various polishing media (such as diamond discs, sandpaper, and various polishing cloths), and the number can be flexibly expanded, comprehensively covering the entire process chain from rough grinding to fine polishing, achieving efficient and intelligent automation of the entire metallographic sample preparation process.

The LABTT iAPS-9000 breaks through the dependence on manual operation in traditional polishing equipment, enabling continuous and batch sample processing, greatly improving the efficiency and consistency of the sample preparation process, and meeting the urgent needs of high-end manufacturing for large-scale, standardized metallographic sample preparation.

Meanwhile, the new SM-45XMF fully automated stereomicroscope also attracted considerable attention. This microscope is a groundbreaking tool for fracture imaging and analysis, integrating an autofocus and motorized zoom system for stepless magnification and instantaneous precise switching. Combined with innovative depth-of-field synthesis technology and 360° multi-angle illumination and imaging capabilities, it easily handles clear imaging of complex structures across the entire field. Furthermore, it features intelligent measurement algorithms, eliminating the need for recalibration after zooming and enabling high-precision observation with a single click, providing an efficient and reliable intelligent solution for material testing.

Through this exhibition, LABTT not only showcased its strong product development capabilities but also conveyed its core vision of promoting the "unmanned and intelligent" development of laboratories. In the future, LABTT will continue to be driven by innovation, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the industrial testing industry.
