In daily hardness testing, have you ever been troubled by the unstable indentation depth measurement results of your Rockwell hardness tester? This calibration device boasts a measurement resolution of up to 0.1 μm, capturing minute depth changes; it conforms to the Abbe principle, effectively reducing systematic errors; key components utilize imported micrometers, offering outstanding stability and resolution; its compact structure and simple operation make it easy to learn.

How to Operate? Four Steps to Calibration!

1. Initial Positioning

Manually rotate to the initial position, ensuring the measuring surface is flush with the positioning surface.

2. Installation and Alignment

Replace the hardness tester indenter with a standard indenter ≥10mm, and place the depth measuring device stably on the test platform, ensuring the center is coaxial with the hardness tester's spindle.

3. Loading and Clearing

Apply a 10kgf load, then clear the displacement readings of the hardness tester and the testing instrument.

4. Comparison and Verification

Slightly turn the knob. If the displacement value displayed on the verification instrument matches the displacement value of the hardness tester, it indicates that the Rockwell hardness tester's indentation depth measurement function is accurate and reliable.
