In his report, Mr. Zhang provided an in-depth analysis of the current pain points in material testing, such as high dependence on manual labor, efficiency bottlenecks, and inconsistent standards. He shared that intelligence and unmanned operation are inevitable trends in the development of failure analysis technology. By integrating robotics, machine vision, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies, it is possible to achieve full-process automation from sample preparation, testing, and analysis to report generation. This greatly enhances the accuracy, repeatability, and work efficiency of testing, providing a brand-new solution for large-scale, high-throughput material reliability evaluation.

This forward-looking report not only demonstrated the efforts made by LABTT in exploring cutting-edge technologies but also provided the industry with new ideas for solving the problems of labor dependence and efficiency. It received high recognition and sparked lively discussions among the attending experts and scholars.

In the conference exhibition area, LABTT showcased a series of its failure analysis-related equipment, particularly highlighting its latest fully automatic stereomicroscope. This instrument is not only an excellent tool for fracture surface photography and analysis but can also be used for low-magnification observation and measurement of workpieces. These devices, characterized by their high precision and efficiency, provide powerful tool support for solving practical material analysis process challenges, demonstrating LABTT's profound accumulation in software and hardware technologies.
