LABTT AI Microhardness Tester | One click measurement of multiple samples and teeth, batch generation of N sets of hardness distribution curves
2026-06-11
The depth of the hardened layer and the uniformity of hardness distribution of mechanical transmission components such as gears and gear shafts directly determine the service life and safety performance of the entire machine. According to standard requirements, it is often necessary to measure dozens or even hundreds of hardness points at key positions such as the pitch circle, tooth root, and tooth tip of the gear, and finally draw a complete hardness gradient curve.

However, traditional manual inspection methods are time-consuming and laborious, measuring a gear takes a long time, and the data is also prone to fluctuations. In response to this issue, Naibo has launched a new AI microhardness tester that can achieve one click measurement of multiple samples and teeth, and generate N sets of hardness distribution curves in batches.

Sample preparation, flexible clamping
Cut and sample the gear according to the testing requirements. Large samples are placed directly, while small samples are embedded. Place the embedded samples into a dedicated fixture, and place the entire fixture smoothly on the hardness tester platform. Multiple samples can be tested in batches with one clamping.
One click start, fully self-service operation throughout the process
After clicking 'Start Test', the device will automatically operate without the need for personnel on duty:
Autonomous positioning: AI visual recognition technology automatically finds the position of the gear pitch circle and accurately plans the indentation points according to the detection standards.
Automatic compression: Complete the indentation production of hundreds of points in sequence according to the planned path, with precise and controllable loading force, holding time, and unloading action.
Automatic reading: Automatically identify each indentation boundary, accurately measure diagonal length and directly convert it into hardness value, eliminating manual operation errors.
One click report generation, hardness curve at a glance
After the measurement is completed, the system automatically outputs hardness distribution data table, effective hardening layer depth and other data, as well as batch testing reports for multiple samples at once, without the need for manual sorting.
The LABTT AI microhardness tester deeply integrates AI visual recognition, fully automatic stage, intelligent path planning, and hardness testing. Whether it's hundreds of gradient points on a gear or batch testing of multiple samples, it can be completed with just one click, precise, efficient, and labor-saving.
