Focus on Jiaxing! LABTT founder Zhang Liqiu delivered a keynote speech at the Metal Materials Vacuum and Thermal Spray Technology Conference

On September 8-9, the 2nd Metal Material Vacuum Technology Application Conference and the 2nd Thermal Spray Technology Application Conference were held at Jiaxing Fuyue Hotel.

Mr. Zhang Liqiu, founder of LABTT Company, was invited to attend the conference and deliver a keynote speech on "New Developments in Intelligent Unmanned Metallographic and Hardness Testing". He shared the latest achievements in unmanned metallographic sampling and hardness testing with industry experts and enterprise representatives.

Conference Site | A Speech on "Unmanned Detection"
This conference focuses on the cutting-edge applications of metal material vacuum technology and thermal spraying technology, and the industry's attention continues to rise.
As a practitioner in the field of metal material testing for more than 40 years, Mr. Zhang Liqiu systematically introduced the technical path of "unmanned laboratory" based on the R&D practice of Nippon Paint's three major product lines of hardness tester, metallographic equipment, and metallographic consumables. From sample cutting, embedding, grinding and polishing, corrosion, to hardness marking, microscopic observation, and automatic rating, the full process automation is gradually replacing traditional manual operation.

In his speech, Mr. Zhang Liqiu highlighted four unmanned laboratory solutions, covering the complete process of hardness and metallography:
Unmanned hardness testing laboratory - three intelligent hardness testers, Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers, work together to automatically pick up samples, press and measure, identify qualified products and classify them for placement, achieving automation of the entire hardness testing process.
Unmanned metallographic sample preparation laboratory - integrating cutting, embedding, grinding and polishing, and corrosion processes, fully automated operation, seamless collaboration of advanced equipment and intelligent systems, bidding farewell to manual operation.
Unmanned Microscopic Testing Laboratory - Fully automatic microscope with one click detection, automatic moving platform, automatic focusing, automatic objective lens change, compatible with various microscopic equipment, and equipped with a robotic arm to achieve uninterrupted sample handling.
Unmanned End Quenching Testing Laboratory - Unmanned robotic arm integrated with end quenching test, from furnace discharge to water spray quenching, the robotic arm automatically completes within 5 seconds. The entire testing process is unmanned, efficient, safe, and more reliable.

Entering LABTT| On site visit by enterprise representatives
On the afternoon of September 9th, representatives of participating companies visited the LABTT R&D and production base, visited the unmanned laboratory, hardness tester workshop, and metallographic equipment workshop, and had a close-up understanding of the technical processes and practical demonstrations of LABTT equipment.

During the visit, the LABTT technical team demonstrated the operation process of metallographic sampling and hardness testing equipment on site, and had in-depth exchanges with representatives around the difficulties and needs encountered in the daily testing of the enterprise. The on-site interaction was enthusiastic.

From the conference speech to the workshop scene, what LABTT wants to present is not just equipment, but a complete path that makes testing more labor-saving, stable, and controllable.
Looking towards the future, LABTT will continue to deepen its focus on the two core areas of metallographic sampling and hardness testing, continuously improve the overall solution of unmanned laboratories, and help enterprises achieve the transformation and upgrading of material testing with more intelligent and stable products.
Making testing easier is LABTT's consistent mission, and we look forward to working together with more industry partners to embark on a new future of intelligent manufacturing.
