Automatic Light-curing Cold Mounting Press
LABTT LUM-6000S automatic light-curing cold mounting press adopts innovative low-temperature curing technology, which controls the temperature throughout the sample mounting process and perfectly protects the original characteristics of temperature-sensitive materials. The intelligent automation system realizes the automatic opening and closing of the chamber door after the mounting is completed, and cooperates with the dual sound and light prompts to significantly improve work efficiency, making the mounting operation smarter and more efficient.
Fully Automatic Metallographic Grinding and Polishing Machine
This grinding and polishing machine is based on the innovative central loading force design. It can accurately fix six samples at a time, and the whole process of automatic grinding and polishing is completed in one go. Its grinding and polishing disc and sample disc have independent control systems. Users can flexibly adjust parameters such as speed and grinding and polishing time according to experimental needs.
Fully Automatic Rockwell Hardness Tester
LABTT's Rockwell hardness tester can automatically measure hardness values and other functions. It is equipped with an automatic lifting workbench, anti-collision detection device and z-axis automatic retraction system to better protect the hardness tester and increase its service life. At the same time, multiple measurement points can be set within a certain range to perform multi-point fully automatic testing and batch testing.
Fully Automatic Micro Vickers Hardness Tester
The iHV-1AZXY intelligent Vickers hardness tester, relying on self-developed intelligent software, can achieve fast and accurate focusing without manual positioning. With the support of innovative algorithms, it can accurately complete indentation detection even on complex surfaces that are not smooth or have scratches. The device supports automatic switching of experimental force values, intelligent adjustment of brightness and contrast, further improving detection efficiency and accuracy.
Metallographic Microscope
The LABTT M-50BD advanced bright and dark field metallographic microscope is equipped with a new infinity optical system, with clear and sharp imaging, providing solid guarantee for professional observation. In terms of observation function, the microscope supports a variety of observation methods such as bright field, dark field, simple polarization, differential interference, etc., whether it is the exploration of fine structures or the analysis of complex textures, it can easily cope with it.
